My name is Monte Drenner and I have been married for over 26 years and have two adult children. I also have over 21 years of counseling experience in spiritual and secular settings helping individuals, staffs, and churches to face and overcome challenges. My ministry experience and licensure in mental health and addictions make me uniquely qualified to apply spiritual principles to a broad range of issues that hinder spiritual growth. Prior to this time period I served 7 years as a US Army officer working in special operations and intelligence.
More Than Conquerors (MTC) is a counseling service that offers a broad range of services for individuals, staffs, and churches, each of which is dedicated to helping Christians live the full life that Christ promised (John 10:10). Lives are transformed by tapping into God’s power to face the obstacles in their lives and turning weaknesses into strengths. Individuals, staffs, and churches all have Goliaths that call out to be engaged. Individual Christians face many common conditions such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, or addictions that impair their life. Other individuals face personality or character traits that hinder spiritual growth, for others it can be unresolved grief, guilt, or shame from the past. Staffs at times face relational problems that affect their ability to function and therefore hurt the entire body. Churches also need education on various topics to include healthy relationships; emotional health or substance abuse issues in order to better meet the needs of the body.
