INDIVIDUAL SERVICES

Individual counseling is available in person, via telephone, or online to address various issues from a biblical perspective. Counseling is available for: depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, addictions, self-esteem, personality disorders, trauma, grief and others. Couples and counseling is also available.

Life coaching is also available. Life coaching allows the individual to determine and achieve personal goals. Life coaching different from counseling and is not targeted to address a psychological illness but helps individuals achieve spiritual, personal, and professional growth that cannot be accomplished on their own.

All counseling and coaching is strictly confidential and Bible based. Insurance does not cover these services and fees can be discussed on an individual basis.

STAFF TRAINING

Few ministers receive training on mental health or substance abuse issues. Training is available to educate church staffs in these areas in order to help ministers to be more equipped to address the needs of individuals within the church.

Staff workshops are also available to improve working relationships and to foster unity. These workshops identify the strengths of the group, the positive and negative group dynamics, provide conflict resolution activities, and also include team-building tasks that teach groups to work together in a more unified way through fun and challenging exercises. 

Staff training workshops are of varied lengths depending on the needs of the group and can be tailor made to suit the needs of the organization.


CHURCH WORKSHOPS:

"Making Spiritual Breakthroughs" is a 3 hour workshop designed to help participants change negative thoughts and behaviors, their causes, and interventions to overcome them. See the Spiritual Breakthrough tab for more information.

Various workshops are available to educate church members on various mental health conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and substance abuse. One goal of these workshops is to establish support groups for individuals suffering from these conditions and to train leaders how to facilitate these groups.

Other workshops not listed here can also be made available to meet the specific needs of the church. 

The fees for staff trainings and workshops are negotiated on an individual basis.
